Cancellation and Refund Policy

Luxury Ride Global Private Limited ("LRGPL," the "Company,") respects your decision to cancel a booking or cancel any deal. This policy describes the process for any cancellation and its refund;

Definitions:

  • Listing: The display of used motor vehicles, for commercial purposes only, with an intent of buying, selling and trading of such Product by the registered dealers.
  • Product: The registered dealers post registration and activation shall have an access to some private and exclusive operated deals in used motor vehicles.
  • Services: A private web application - Terms & Conditions that is accessible by invitation only to limited selected dealers.

Cancellation rights:

  • Even before choosing to purchase, deal or trade in any of the listed Product, each dealer is aware that LRGPL, at its sole discretion, without any cost/charges, has absolute right to cancel any Listing, until completion of a sales contract.
  • In case of any cancellation / revocation of the Listing, LRGPL shall refund the complete amount of advance so paid by the dealer, within 48 working hours from the revocation of the listing. Accordingly, in order to get any refund a dealer just need to email us at [email protected].

Automatic cancellation:

  • Each dealer shall ensure to conclude the transaction within 72 hours or any other stipulated timelines by way of;
    • Making complete payment of the Product amount, including all applicable additional charges etc., as applicable and
    • execute all required documents and
    • take delivery of the bid Product.
  • The Dealer shall not possess any right, under any circumstances, including but not limited to any claim on title and/or any right of ownership of the Product, in any nature whatsoever, unless complete payment is received and acknowledged by LRGPL in its nominated bank account towards the said Product.

Refund mode/timelines:

  • Where the cancellation is suo motu done by LRGPL, then a refund processing will be done within 48 working hours by LRGPL to the bank account from where the payment has been originated or the banking details shared by the dealer. The actual reflection may take additional time, as per the banking regulation.
  • All payments made shall be subject to reduction, to reflect taxes or other charges required to be withheld by law.
  • All payments shall be in Indian Rupees Only (INR).
